Always FREE shipping within the Netherlands! We bear the shipping costs of each order at our own expense. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. No minimum order quantity is required.

The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 working days, excluding holidays. In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Conditions for returns, refunds & exchanges

It is always possible that the product does not meet expectations or is ordered incorrectly. Read here for the next steps if you want to return your order.

Ordered through a third party:

When you order through a third party such as Bol.com or Amazon, you must return your order on that platform. Products ordered via a third party cannot be returned via the Maikler website.

Ordered through the website:

When you have placed an order via the website, we have a 14-day return policy. This means that your order must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

The shipping costs of your order are always free. The return costs are for the customer. If you want to return an order, you can create a shipping label yourself via the following partners: PostNL & DHL. You must also include a return form in the return package.
